hello sunil, A good abs requires a combination of strict diet and right exercises. It all depends upon how much fat you have in the abdominal part of you body. Avoid oily and junk food. Take a lot of leafy vegetables, salads and fruits in you diet. At least 30 minutes of cardio-vascular exercises 3 times a week with sit-ups, abs crunches and leg raises will do. Consult a well-trained instructor.
for a toned body u need 2 go to da gym regularly.... join a gym and consuly ur gym instructor... he will b advising u about da group of exercise tht u need to do. the type of exercise tht u require depends upon ur body type, ur goal tht u seek 2 attain, ur age and ur health. so without examining you it is quite difficult to give any definite advice.
